Christopher Scott Homes at Carmel City Center
January 19, 2015
Carmel City Center is pleased to announce the opening of Christopher Scott Homes. Located at 736 Hanover Place, Christopher Scott Homes provides clients with a boutique style, personalized custom building approach to clients all over the Indianapolis area.
Christopher Scott Homes was formed in 2002 when childhood friends, Christopher Carnell and Scott Bates, joined forces to create unique, high-end custom homes that range from traditional to modern design – with no two homes the same. “We believe in creating a truly one-of-a-kind custom home that will fit the wants and needs of each individual client. We strive to provide a hands-on personalized building experience for our clients with the result being a comfortable, stylish and functional home,” said Bates.
“The opening of Christopher Scott Homes has added a unique element of service to the mix of businesses at Carmel City Center,” said Melissa Averitt, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Pedcor Companies.
“Most of our clients are from the near Northside of Indianapolis, so opening our first store-front location in Carmel was an easy fit” said co-owner, Chris Carnell. “We enjoy the premier location and “city feel” of Carmel City Center. Being near all of the shops, restaurants and other businesses creates a sense of community and convenience that we really enjoy.”
Christopher Scott Homes builds between 8-10 new homes per year, focusing on quality over quantity. With the 2006 Home-A-Rama People’s Choice Award, the 2010 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home Builder and the 2012 Homes of Distinction builder, Christopher Scott Homes has a reputation for building quality, unique homes.
