Sweathouz (SWTHZ) is thrilled to announce the upcoming grand opening of its luxurious contrast therapy studio this summer. The state-of-the-art facility will provide a unique recovery journey with a scientifically backed approach to self-care, combining hot and cold temperatures for optimal mental and physical performance and wellness.

Indulge in up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite, featuring an infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-C shower. The studio will boast seven elegantly designed suites—each accommodating one to two guests—and an ADA-accessible suite designed for up to four people. Each session is fully customizable, allowing you to tailor your experience to meet your individual wellness needs.
