Salt, a local favorite known for its fresh seafood that is flown in daily, handmade pastas, and locally sourced steaks will open in June of this year.

The menu will feature a wide range of crowd-pleasing items including Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Salt Sashimi Plate, Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Filet Mignon topped with Maine Lobster Oscar. Salt at Carmel City Center will also offer an extensive wine and cocktail list, plus tempting desserts to round out the meal.

Salt at Carmel City Center will be open daily for lunch and dinner, offering a variety of quick and flavorful lunch options, including sandwiches, fish tacos, fresh salads, and sushi. In addition, the restaurant has collaborated with Gallery Pastry Shop founder Alison Keefer to create a seafood-inspired brunch on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
