Too hot for you outside? No worries, City Center’s InCycle and The Yoga Studio have you covered! The latest study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research finds indoor cycling makes you run stronger and longer. Testimonials to InCycle’s routine claim their experiences to be “tremendous” whether you are in incredible shape or if you have some work to do. Success stories prove incredible results, such as Mike Welsh who started InCycle about a year ago with the goal to lose weight, and has lost almost 90 lbs! Or Gretchen Watson who claims, “InCycle has improved my life with positive energy as well as physical results.”
Held in the same building as InCycle, The Yoga Studio provides anywhere between two to six classes throughout the day and is open Monday through Sunday. “Yoga is for everyone… and is one of the only approaches that assists in keeping your body healthy, strong, flexible, and vital while simultaneously proving mental clarity and emotional wellbeing,” says The Yoga Studio.
