The Langton’s Irish Pub at Carmel City Center
Carmel, IN – Pedcor is excited to announce the lease execution of The Langton’s Irish Pub, at Carmel City Center. Opened by the CLB Restaurants family, which owns and operates Tucci’s in Historic Dublin, Ohio, and Matt the Miller’s Tavern in Dublin and Grandview, Ohio, and Carmel, Indiana. The Langton’s Irish Pub will be occupying the 3,901 square foot space on plaza level directly south of Matt the Miller’s Tavern on Range Line Road. The Langton’s is planned to open in late summer of 2014.

The Langton’s Irish pub will be a multi-level family friendly Irish pub that will feature varied seating and a bar on both levels. The lower level will offer more relaxed seating and the upper level will offer more of the authentic Irish pub experience with nooks and crannies to explore. The Langton’s Irish Pub, a casual dining experience, will feature Irish and American cuisine as well as Euro Beer, especially on draft. Menu items will range from authentic Shepherd’s Pie, Fish & Chips, and Irish Stew among others. In addition to fine Irish food, The Langton’s Irish Pub will feature live Irish entertainment. A unique feature of the pub that guests will enjoy along with its Irish dining and drink selection will be its one-of-a-kind bar that is being made in Ireland just for The Langton’s Irish Pub.

Carmel City Center is located on the southwest corner of Range Line Road and City Center Drive. Surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive), in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road) and along Veterans Way located to the south of Carmel City Center.

The apartment units in the Residences of Carmel City Center opened in summer 2010 and are now more than 95 percent occupied. The penthouse condominiums are 40 percent sold. Law firm Drewry Simmons Vornehm occupies 16,500 square feet of office space in Carmel City Center. Future phases of Carmel City Center include additional residential and commercial space as well as a boutique hotel.
Carmel City Center is the location for The Center for the Performing Arts, which includes a 1,600 seat world-class concert hall named “The Palladium,” a 500-seat theater named “The Tarkington” and a 200-seat black box theater. The Center Green in Carmel City Center is also the home of the Carmel Farmers Market. This pedestrian-based master plan development is located at the southwest corner of Range Line Road and City Center Drive (126th Street). The Monon Greenway runs directly through the project.
