SALT Restaurant Set to Open at Carmel City Center

Carmel City Center is thrilled to welcome SALT, a beloved local restaurant known for its fresh seafood, handmade pastas, and locally sourced steaks. Slated to open in June, Salt will take over the former Matt the Miller’s Tavern location, marking its third location and bringing its unique dining experience to the heart of Carmel.
Known for its commitment to quality, Salt will serve up seasonal catches flown in daily, ensuring the freshest seafood offerings around. The menu will feature a range of crowd-pleasing favorites, such as Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Chilean Sea Bass, Salt Sashimi Plate, Lobster Mac and Cheese, and the signature Filet Mignon topped with Maine Lobster Oscar.
Not just a dinner destination, Salt at Carmel City Center will also offer a delicious selection of lunch options, including fresh salads, sandwiches, fish tacos, and sushi, served daily. For those looking for a weekend treat, Salt has collaborated with Gallery Pastry Shop founder Alison Keefer to create a unique seafood-inspired brunch served on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
